B. On an Official Entry Form available in ColorSource magazine, answer all questions and mail your entry to the address indicated on the postage-paid card. Mail-in entries must be received by 6/9/03. No mechanically reproduced entries permitted. Not responsible for lost, late, illegible, mutilated, misdirected entries or entries not received in time for the random drawing.
C. Beginning approximately 12:01 a.m. (ET) on 4/17/03 and continuing through 11:59 p.m. (ET) on 6/2/03, members of Clairol Color Source Exclusives may receive an e-mail from Clairol Color Source Online asking you to enter the promotion. Click on the link in the e-mail and follow the onscreen entry instructions. Online entries must be received by 11:59 p.m. (ET) on 6/2/03.

In the event of termination, a notice will be posted online and all eligible Internet entries received prior to the time of termination will be included in the Random Drawing. Sponsor reserves the right to modify the promotion or disqualify entrant if fraud, misconduct or technical failures destroy the integrity of the promotion as determined by the Sponsor, in its sole discretion.
3. RANDOM DRAWINGS: The Grand Prize random drawing will be conducted on or about 6/16/03 from among all eligible mail-in and Internet entries received by the entry deadline dates indicated in Rule #1 above. The total number of estimated responses is 310,000; therefore, the overall odds of winning a Grand Prize is 1 in 62,000. The Bonus Prize drawing will be conducted on or about 6/16/03 from among all eligible entries received by the entry deadline dates indicated in Rule #1(B) and 1(C). Odds of winning a Bonus Prize depend upon the number of eligible entries received from members of Color Source Exclusives. All drawings will be conducted by D.L. Blair, Inc., an independent judging organization, whose decisions are final. Potential Grand Prize winners will be required to sign and return an Affidavit of Eligibility/Release of Liability, and where lawful a publicity release within 10 days of attempted delivery of same. Noncompliance within this time period or return of any prize/prize notification as undeliverable will result in disqualification and an alternate winner will be selected. Limit one prize per person. Acceptance of prize constitutes permission to the Sponsor to use winner's name and/or likeness for purposes of advertising and trade without further compensation, unless prohibited by law. By participating in this promotion, entrants agree to be bound by the Official Rules and the decisions of the judges.
