Having trouble with Try It On Studio?

Try one or all of the following:

  • If pop-up blocker is enabled on browser, set the blocker to allow pop-ups from the Clairol web site.
  • Windows XP Service Pack 2 (SP2) Users! Windows XP SP2 comes with a pop-up blocker for Internet Explorer that blocks the Try It On Studio application. Look for a yellow message at the top of the window that allows you to enable pop-ups temporarily. (To permanently allow pop-ups for Clairol web site, in Internet Explorer, look under Tools, Pop-up Blocker, Pop-up Blocker Settings, enter www.clairol.com in the field provided.) Note: You may be set up to accept new Microsoft updates, such as SP2, automatically. Read more about SP2 at http://www.microsoft.com/windowsxp/sp2/default.mspx
  • Make sure JavaScript is enabled. (In Internet Explorer, look under: Tools, Internet Options, Security, Custom level, Scripting.)
  • Clear out the browser cache and cookies and reconnect.
  • Certain anti-virus or firewall software can also prevent Try It On Studio from launching.
