Wondering how to highlight hair at home?

Put on the cap and use the hook to pull strands through the desired section holes. Then, pour the Highlighting Powder into the mixing tray. Mix in the Developing Cream slowly until it becomes a smooth, creamy mixture. Using a spatula or gloved hands, apply the highlighting mixture to the hair, completely covering all strands. Gather your hair, place it on top of the cap, and cover it with a clear plastic overcap. Leave on for 20 minutes , then keep checking every 10 minutes. Remove the overcap, rinse the hair and remove the cap. Then rinse , shampoo, and condition.
